Ray and Mike’s Bypass Story

Ray and Mike didn’t expect to need heart surgery, but when they both needed care, we were there to help.

Ray and Mike are friends and triathlon training partners. When Mike learned he needed bypass surgery, he chose St. Luke’s Heart & Vascular Institute for his care. His decision ensured he received the expertise, resources and personal attention he needed.

Just days after Mike’s surgery, Ray found out he needed the same procedure. Inspired by Mike’s choice, he also turned to St. Luke’s, knowing he would receive the best care.
