Preventive Guidelines for Women
Physical Examination: Every three years from 20 to 39, every two years from 40 to 49 and every year after 50
Blood Pressure: Every year
Cholesterol Test: Begin at age 18 and continue every five years, or as recommended by your healthcare professional
Electrocardiogram: Every three to five years after 50 or after 30 if at high risk for heart attacks
