Find Support During and After Cancer Treatment
Our licensed clinical social workers are available to help you cope and adjust after a cancer diagnosis. We offer cancer support services to our patients and their loved ones through our Center for Cancer Care.
These are complimentary services. You don’t need a doctor’s referral to meet with one of our social workers.
How a Social Worker Can Help
Your social worker can help you if you have concerns or questions about:
- Adjusting to your diagnosis
- Advance care planning
- Hospice or palliative care
- Talking to your children about cancer
- The financial impact of cancer diagnosis
- Transitions in care
- Your mental and emotional well-being
