Thursday afternoon and Friday are open for substance abuse testing, audio testing, PFT, and immunizations only.

St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers

When you need prompt, minor medical emergency treatment, St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers offer eight locations throughout St. Louis, Jefferson, and St. Charles Counties.

Pre-employment drug screenings and examination must arrive before 6 p.m. at the Urgent Care Centers.

    St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Luke’s RAYUS imaging locations are available to ensure convenient and prompt care.

    Employment related services including drug testing are NOT offered at either of the St. Luke's Hospital Emergency Departments, unless post-accident injury treatment is rendered. St. Luke's Hospital Emergency Departments provide medical treatment for injuries. If you need to schedule a follow-up visit or have a question about your visit, please call 314-205-6474.

    Workers' Compensation

    St. Luke's provides special care to those who have sustained a work-related injury. Once your injury has been evaluated by the work health physician, they may recommend physical or occupational therapy. After a thorough examination by one of our therapists, an individualized treatment program will be formulated. Your care will be coordinated by a team that includes your therapist, work health physician and case manager.

    Therapy treatment after work injury is designed to:

    • Decrease pain and inflammation
    • Restore motion
    • Restore strength
    • Restore function and work ability

    Treatments may include:

    • Modalities (heat, cold, electrical simulation, etc.)
    • Stretching
    • Strengthening
    • Manual therapy
    • Work task simulation
    • Education on ergonomics and body mechanics
