With eight locations throughout St. Louis, Jefferson, and St. Charles County, St. Luke’s Urgent Care Centers provide professional, prompt treatment for minor injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies. No appointment is needed—just walk in or use our online check-in for added convenience.

St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers specialize in treating minor medical emergencies, injuries, and illnesses without the need for an appointment.
We diagnose and treat:
- Sprains and fractures
- Eye injuries
- Cuts, rashes, and burns
- Colds and flu symptoms
- Insect and animal bites
We also provide:
- Sports and work physicals
- Pre-hospitalization and outpatient testing
- Free blood pressure checks
- Immunizations including Flu and Tdap
Patients are seen in the order they register. However, those with severe symptoms may be treated sooner to stabilize their condition. Patients requiring only lab work, injections, or X-rays may also receive services faster as they do not need to see a physician or a nurse practitioner.
We accept most private and managed care insurance plans. Co-pays or payments can be made by cash, personal check, or credit card.
Our centers are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, including special hours on some holidays. The Des Peres location is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends. Find the nearest St. Luke's Urgent Care Center.
Following treatment, St. Luke's Urgent Care staff will work with a patient's physician if follow-up care is needed or provide a referral if a patient does not have a physician.
