St. Luke's Urgent Care offers sports and camp physicals for athletes and campers ages 10 and older! Visit any of our eight St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers located in Arnold, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Ellisville, Fenton, Ladue, and O'Fallon. Online check-in is available and walk-ins are always welcome!

Our board-certified providers will examine your child to help ensure their safety for full participation in activities or sports. In addition to physical examinations, our urgent care centers are equipped to handle sports injuries such as broken bones, stitches, and sprains.

Pre-participation physical examination:

Ages 10-18: $50
Ages 18 and older: $60

Convenient self-pay option. Insurance will not be billed, but payment can be made with cash, check or credit card.

A parent must accompany students under the age of 18. Please bring any team or school paperwork required for sports participation and activities, any eye glasses or contacts your child may wear, and a list of any medications your child takes. Exceptions may apply.

If you have a complex medical history, we encourage you to contact your primary care provider, as we may be unable to clear you after your examination.
