St. Luke's Hospital IRB requires that all research projects be submitted through IRBNet, an online interface administered by St. Luke's Hospital IRB Office that streamlines the application process. IRBNet provides an easy-to-use proposal submission interface and a permanent location for application materials as well as any supporting documentation and forms related to your project.
All applications submitted through IRBNet go before the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for consideration. The Board considers each application individually and evaluates it based on St. Luke's Hospital IRB's policies and practices and federal guidelines for research involving human subjects.
No Financial Conflicts of Interest currently exist for Investigators participating in Public Health Service funded research under review by the IRB.
