Wegdan Andrews, MD, is a board certified in Neurology, Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine. She practices with Neurosurgery & Neurology and is Department Chief of Neurology at St. Luke’s.  She treats neuromuscular conditions including myopathy, neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, ALS, cerebrovascular disorders/strokes, headaches, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, dementia, infections of the nervous system, spinal cord disorders as well as other conditions. Dr. Andrews performs nerve conduction studies, electromyography (EMG), interpretation of electroencephalogram (EEG) and botulinum toxin therapy. Dr. Andrews provides consultation and interpretation of sleep studies with regards to sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. Dr. Andrews has practiced for 17 years in the St. Louis area and is currently accepting new patients.
