About

Dr. Nicholas A. Boston, MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon at St. Luke’s. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Boston attended The Ohio State University for both undergraduate and medical school. He went on to train in general surgery at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where he completed his surgical residency. He has contributed his expertise to multiple hospital committees: at Southeast Hospital, he was integral to both the Robotic Surgery Steering Committee and the Cancer Committee, while at Saint Francis Hospital, he was a key member of the Surgical Steering Committee, the Infection Prevention Committee, and the Trauma Peer Review Committee.

Beyond his active hospital roles, Dr. Boston has also shared his knowledge as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Missouri.

Dr. Boston believes in a patient-centered approach to practicing medicine and surgery. He takes pride in treating patients with respect and dignity by involving them in the decision-making process of their healthcare.
