Jeffrey Boesch, MD, is a board-certified physician in internal medicine and geriatrics at Mera, Boesch & Kumar Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University and has been practicing medicine with St. Luke's since 1997. He serves as an internist and geriatrician and is currently the Medical Director of Surrey Place, a St. Luke’s assisted living and skilled nursing facility. 

He specializes in adult healthcare and cares for patients from age 18 and up. Dr. Boesch provides preventative and wellness care and diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, such as heart disease, digestive disorders, arthritis, diabetes, infections and respiratory conditions. His care in geriatrics focuses on the health problems that frequently affect the quality of life of older adults. Some of these are chronic pain, falls, memory loss, incontinence, medication side effects and the ability to care for him or herself. 

Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Dr. Boesch grew up enjoying the outdoors. He is married and the father of two sons.
