Fred Balis, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at St. Luke’s. He received his medical degree and completed his residency from Washington University School of Medicine and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Saint Louis University.

Dr. Balis is the Program Director for the St. Luke’s Residency in Internal Medicine program. He is primarily committed to administrative and teaching responsibilities.
