Eileen Holt, FNP, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner at St. Luke's, where she provides comprehensive care to patients ages 13 and up. She specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, and high cholesterol, while also addressing acute concerns and promoting preventive care.

Eileen earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University and holds certifications as a nurse practitioner, ACLS, and RN. With over 17,000 hours of experience as an FNP, she takes a patient-centered approach, focusing on building trust and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
