To ensure you have a comfortable hospital stay and to prevent the loss of your belongings, please follow these guidelines:
- Your insurance card(s), driver's license or other photo ID, and any papers from your doctor.
- A list of your current medications.
- A form of payment for your co-pay/deductible.
- A robe, slippers or socks and any preferred toiletries (hospital gowns are provided).
