St. Luke's Hospital Launches Home Health Company
New service allows patients to remain at home while receiving quality care from trusted St. Luke's healthcare professionals
CHESTERFIELD, MO, June 1, 2009
- St. Luke's Hospital announces the launch of St. Luke's Home Health Services. It provides care to patients in the comfort of their homes when their physicians order home health services as a medically necessary part of their recovery.
The St. Luke's Home Health team works closely with the patient's physician to develop a plan to meet their needs at home. A full range of nursing, therapy, social work and aide services are available. Comprehensive care plans include assessments, education, treatments and therapies needed for recovery.
