Family Medicine Residency
The St. Luke's Des Peres Hospital Family Medicine residency program has a proud history of graduating some of the finest Family Medicine physicians practicing in the St. Louis region and throughout the country. Our hands-on approach promotes a highly motivating, participative learning environment. Our ACGME accredited program ranks as one of the top programs on in-service exams.
Internal Medicine Residency
The Internal Medicine residency program at St. Luke's Hospital offers the type of interaction with doctors and direct patient care that will help you in achieving your goal to become an impactful practicing and consulting physician. Resident experiences combine inpatient rotations in a private suburban hospital with an ambulatory experience in an urban public clinic. As a result, residents are well prepared for multiple career pathways, spanning from the primary care of adults to the management of critically ill patients with complex diagnostic problems. The program utilizes over 100 physicians who contribute to the teaching mission as full and part-time faculty.
Pharmacy Residency
Our Pharmacy Residency program has been an ASHP-accredited program since 2006 with a strong foundation in internal medicine and cardiology. Our resident graduates have gone on to complete additional programs in a variety of specialties or pursue clinical staffing and specialist positions. Our community teaching hospital is a very rewarding work environment to be a part of. Residents are able to connect with a variety of healthcare professionals, including medical residents in the St. Luke’s Hospital Internal Medicine Residency program. Our goal is to train professional patient-centered pharmacists who represent our St. Luke’s Mission Statement: “We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient, every time.”
