1) how to find and make healthier choices at the grocery store
2) how to read a food label
3) review nutrition recommendations for optimal health
By the end of the session, you will feel more confident about your shopping skills, plus you will be provided with wellness resources, samples and a $10 gift card to practice your new skills.
