When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.
Eight-year-old Jane Ball wanted to make a difference for those working on the front lines of the pandemic. She recently set up a drink stand in her neighborhood to raise money for St. Luke’s Hospital to help fight COVID-19. She chose to support St. Luke’s because she and her younger brother were both born here.
Jane raised $200 from the sales of her refreshing drinks. Nurses from St. Luke’s Maternity Services were there to greet her and help her celebrate her sweet success when she came to drop off her donation Friday.
