Classes and Tours for New and Expectant Parents and Families

St. Luke's Hospital offers a variety of classes and online resources to help you prepare for the birth of your baby, the changes a new baby brings, and the special care you and your baby will need. We recommend completing classes by 36 weeks, in the event that baby is delivered early.

In-person Prepping for your Childbirth Experience

In this in-person class, parents will learn about the birthing experience, infant care, and feeding their baby. Class will conclude with a hospital tour and Q & A with one of our experienced Labor and Delivery Nurses. Bring your questions -- the more interactive, the more fun it is to learn.

Classes are offered every 3rd Saturday from 8am to 12 noon. Fee is $50.

Class size is limited and registration is required.

Hybrid Childbirth Class

St. Luke's is pleased to offer a hybrid-style childbirth class. Parents view videos ahead of the class date and come together for a hospital tour and Q & A with an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse.

Classes are offered in the evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Fee is $35. Class size is limited and registration is required. For class dates and to register, click "register now" to be taken to the registration page.

For a truly personalized pregnancy and birth experience, take advantage of our maternity nurse navigator service for private tours, one-on-one consultations, and assistance with selecting maternity classes, hospital pre-registration and developing your birth plan.
