St. Luke’s Surrey Place has been named one of the Best Nursing Homes for Short-Term Rehabilitation by U.S. News & World Report. It is the fourth year in a row that the skilled nursing facility has received this rating.

To determine its Best Nursing Homes ratings, U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 facilities using data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The short-term rehabilitation rating is based on the quality of care provided to residents who spent 100 days or less at a skilled nursing facility after a hospitalization. It focuses on quality measures including staffing, outcomes and processes of care.
