Area transportation services
As a service to our patients and their families, St. Luke’s has assembled the following list of transportation resources in our service area. We do not pay for or endorse specific services or organizations. Please contact these resources directly for more information and to make travel arrangements.
Public or subsidized transportation
Disabled American Veterans. Medical transportation for veterans within St. Louis City and County. From home to VA Hospital, VA doctor or a doctor referred by VA. Call 314-289-6443.
Illinois Health Visions East St. Louis. Provides one-on-one transportation to seniors 60 years and older. Call 618-271-7000.
Mid-East Area Agency on Aging. Volunteer program provides rides to eligible seniors residing in St. Louis County to medical appointments and other high priority stops. Call 636-207-0847.
OATS, Inc. Not-for-profit transportation provider that serves most areas in the state of Missouri. This program is on a fixed schedule. Donations accepted. Visit oatstransit.org for schedules by county.

O'Fallon Transportation Program.Medical transport for O'Fallon residents age 62 years or older. Online application form only.
Ride STC.Serves the City of St. Charles as well as to the Metrolink North Hanley Station. Requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Call 636-949-3363.
St. Louis Area Agency on Aging. Transportation services to seniors 60 years and older and persons with disabilities (18- 59 years) living in the City of
St. Louis. Requests must be made 2- 3 days in advance. Contribution requested. Call 314-612-5918.
St. Louis County Older Resident Programs (CORPs). Neighbor Driving Neighbor volunteer drivers using their own vehicles transport older adults to and from medical appointments and other high priority destinations at no charge to the customer. Requests must be made 3-4 days in advance. No fees. Call 314-615-4516.

Non-emergency medical transportation
American Cancer Society. Provides rides to and from cancer-related medical appointments for patients. Call 314-286-8100 or 800-227-2345.
Home State Health Plan (MO Health Net). Free non-emergency medical transportation for members and Medicaid. Call 2-3 days in advance to schedule. Call 1-855-694-4663.
ITN Gateway. Provides dignified transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities in St. Charles County and portions of St. Louis County. Call 314-724-2117 (St. Louis) or 636-329-0888 (St. Charles) to become a member.
Peregrine Society.Provides transportation to and from cancer treatment appointments. Requests must be made 2-3 days in advance. Call 314-781-6775.
St. Andrews Senior Solutions. Provides rides to physician or therapy appointments for clients. Two-hour minimum. Requests must be made 3-5 days. Call 314-726-5766.
