St. Luke's Hospital Spirit of Women is once again bringing mothers and daughters together for an inspiring, informative and fun afternoon of Girl Talk from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24 at St. Luke's Hospital. This free annual program for mothers and girls ages 11 and older is part of St. Luke's commitment to providing women and their families with information and resources to help them take positive steps for better
Finding time and energy to focus on good health can be challenging—especially during the busy preteen and teen years—so this year's program is designed to give girls the tools to "power up for good health."
An interactive physician panel and game will cover the unique health needs of teen girls.
Breakout sessions will help spark their interest in staying healthy, with such things as:
For some fun mom-daughter bonding, guests can strike a pose, taking fun selfie photos with celebrity life-size cut-out Harry Styles, the paparazzi and glamorous props.

- The Pressure's On: managing stress
- Power Up with Plyometrics: hop, skip and jump your way to power
- Power Down: healthy sleep habits
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required and space is limited.
