Offered in conjunction with the Wellness Community, yoga classes are designed especially for cancer patients and survivors - at any level of performance and physical condition - and their caregivers. Led by a certified yoga instructor, these free classes teach rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus to help participants learn how to ease physical and emotional tension. Held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on an ongoing basis.
