Nanette Wendel, MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon that specializes in breast surgery at St. Luke's Hospital and the medical director of the St. Luke’s Women’s Center. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and completed her residency in general surgery at Northwestern University Medical School and University of Nebraska Medical School, where she also served as chief resident.
Dr. Wendel works closely with her colleagues in medical and radiation oncology, plastic surgery, pathology, radiology and primary care in order to provide her patients with comprehensive and individualized care, as well as the most advanced surgical techniques.
Dr. Wendel is committed to providing her patients with personalized, high-quality healthcare. Her goal is to establish long term relationships with each of her patients throughout their treatment and follow-up care.
