| Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic - 100 doses of Seasonal Flu Vaccine (preservative free) are available on Monday, November 23 starting at 8 am (first come, first served). This clinic will be for adults and children age 3 and older (injectable vaccine only). No appointments will be taken as numbers will be handed out at 7:45 am. Location:
St. Luke's Desloge Outpatient Center, Conference rooms 1 & 2,
121 St. Luke's Center Drive (located across Woods Mill Road from the Hospital Entrance).
