| One-On-One Fitness Plus Program |
| St. Luke's One-on-One Fitness Plus Program allows individuals to work personally with a trained fitness professional in order to assess and regain their physical well-being following a health-related event and those wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Staff members assist individuals throughout each session to ensure proper exercise techniques and safety on equipment. Special attention is given towards personal goals in order to enhance their physical fitness levels, reduce pain, improve balance, strengthen muscles and restore range of motion. The One-on-One Fitness Plus Program also includes personalized instruction on proper equipment and blood pressure checks. |
