The Saigh Foundation Supports Pediatric Care Center's Services for Underserved and Uninsured Children
A charitable donation of $1 million from The Saigh Foundation to St. Luke's Hospital's Pediatric Care Center has helped support the Center's medical staff in providing care for the medically underserved and underinsured children in the St. Louis region.
St. Luke's Pediatric Care Center offers care for children from birth to age 18 in a private practice setting rather than a clinic setting. The primary goal of the Center is to establish and maintain access to healthcare for families through a primary care physician.
"The Saigh Foundation's generous support of our Pediatric Care Center allows
St. Luke's to care for more than 4,400 underserved children each year," said Gary Olson, president and CEO of St. Luke's Hospital.
Based on the community interests of Fred M. Saigh, The Saigh Foundation's mission is to enhance quality of life in the St. Louis metropolitan region through support for charitable projects and initiatives that primarily benefit children and youth through education and healthcare.
