St. Luke's Hospital Faith Fund supports our Hospice Services. Hospice is a specialized way of attending to patients who are nearing the end of their lives at home, or location of their choice, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. Established in 2010, the St. Luke's Hospital Faith Fund was created to provide assistance and comfort to those under the care of Hospice Services.

Providing Hospice services allows us to care for our patients and their families through some of their most difficult times. We take great pride in providing compassionate care and in our ability to properly attend to and counsel patients as they make difficult end-of-life decisions about their care.
